My focus in life has been to be a caring person toward others and help people in whatever ways I am able. I recognized that the body holds on to stress and pain and life's daily struggles, but that relieving the tensions within the body helps greatly ease the mind's worries. Massage, in its many varied components, relaxes the fibers of the body, letting the mind release its pent-up energies as well.

 

The body, mind, and heart are all connected. A calmed body allows a sense of euphoria in the mind and a surge of wellness to the spirit. 

 

Every day, at Massage By Emmanuel, I use my talents to help people get through anxious or pressured periods of their life. I gain a sense of accomplishment that I am able to use my hands to help make someone's life more manageable, less painful, or better relaxed to go forward and enjoy their day.
